Brilliant running from Chris Baynham-Hughes saw him cruise to a top ten finish in the ‘A’ race with a time not seen by a Helsby runner for many years. Keep up the training Chris! Other strong performances were a fabulous 4th lady for Jane in the A Race and 6th lady overall for Vanessa in the B Race.
